Privacy and application declaration

We use your identity, contact, ownership, business and funding information to assess your request, prepare your company application, carry out due diligence, issue invoices and communicate about your case.

Relevant documents may be shared with the appointed formation provider and competent authority for the services you instruct. Email notifications are sent through Resend and contain portal links rather than passport copies. Cloud hosting and storage use Google Cloud.

The template assistant analyses blank authority forms, not your customer documents. Your confirmed application data is inserted into the approved template by the application.

Records are retained for the engagement and the applicable legal retention period. Contact info@aldercrest.solutions for the case-specific provider, country and retention schedule, or to request access, correction or deletion subject to applicable law.

By signing, you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit the application. The signature records your confirmation of the saved version. The authority may require separate prescribed signatures, notarisation or original forms.

When automatic translation is enabled and you open the Arabic case view, customer-visible English messages and requests are sent to Google Cloud Translation. Translations are cached encrypted; English originals remain available. Uploaded documents and private staff notes are not sent for this feature.
